Basra Light Available

We have 10mbls basra light spot and contracts available and seller can do CIF Gulf of Mexico. Currently six US refineries purchasing Basra Light: CHEVRON, CONOCOPHILLIPS, ERG, EXXOM MOBIL, KOCH, and VALERO. If you have influence with any of these refineries, we could provide a health discount on up to 40M barrels of oil.

Our source currently has an allocation of 10M barrels of crude oil from SOMO (This can be light or heavy). The discount offered is $5 but for contracts we can negotiate a higher discount based on terms and quantity.

The allocation needs to go to a refinery or a company that represents a refinery. These can exist anywhere worldwide except for Russia.

If you are a SOMO registered refinery or even if you are not registered then then we can have the refinery SOMO registered for a nominal fee (tbc). We will require an LOI which will be made out to the end seller (co-ordinates will follow if interest is shown).

If your buyer would like to first receive a confirmation letter from SOMO regarding product availability, we can provide this. All we need is the LOI. After the confirmation letter is secured, we can ask the refinery to provide the ownership documents and the bank letter.
